Enrollment Process

Step 2: Tour and Parent Interview

We love connecting with families and sharing what makes HeartSync Homeschool Hub special! The first step toward enrollment is scheduling a tour and parent interview. This visit gives you a chance to explore our learning spaces, ask questions, and see if our program feels like the right fit for your family.

During your visit, you’ll:

  • Take a guided tour of our classrooms and enrichment spaces

  • Learn more about our curriculum, daily rhythm, and community culture

  • Share your family’s educational goals and values in a relaxed conversation

  • Meet some of our passionate educators and staff

We value partnership and open communication with parents, and this conversation helps us ensure we’re aligned in supporting your child’s growth and success.

Step 3: Child Discovery day Visit

Discovery Day at HeartSync Homeschool Hub

At HeartSync Homeschool Hub, we believe in creating a welcoming and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn. As part of our admissions process, we invite prospective students to experience a Discovery Day with us. This visit offers a wonderful opportunity for your child to explore our community and for us to learn more about how we can best support their educational journey.

What to Expect:

Your child will spend a full day with us, experiencing all that HeartSync has to offer. During this time, our team will gently observe and get to know your child in a real-world setting, focusing on:

  • Their comfort and engagement in a group learning environment

  • How they interact with peers and teachers

  • Their ability to transition between activities and routines

  • Their unique communication and learning style

This day is just as much about us discovering how we can best support your child as it is about them exploring our space, building connections, and getting a feel for the HeartSync community. It's an opportunity for both your child and our team to reflect on the experience and ensure that our program is the right fit for your family.
